How I work
The therapist
I offer a space that is open, honest and compassionate whilst also working in the most efficient way that I can.
I predominantly work from a Jungian and Internal Family Systems approach to psychotherapy. I also integrate other approaches adapted to your needs. I have experience and formal training in integrating techniques and approaches that include Existential Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Humanistic Therapy and specifically, Jungian Psychotherapy.
Integrative therapy means integrating different psychotherapeutic approaches around what your needs may be as a client. Much of my way of working will help find solutions and progression at the root of the presenting issues, providing life-long change from within oneself. This is a long-term solution, providing long-term positive change and not only reducing the presenting symptoms or difficulties, whatever they may be. I have an attentive, caring and open way of working and I hope to create a relationship where you feel comfortable and able to explore difficulties in an environment where you feel safe.
I also use the practices of mindfulness as well as that of psychotherapy as fundamental approaches when working with trauma as a route to psychological balance and wholeness.
Session information
Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes and take place online.
I offer weekly short-term and long-term psychotherapy. I work with adults, adolescents and young people in one-to-one sessions.

We can then arrange an initial assessment session to discuss the above issues in greater detail.
Therapy online
I work entirely online, so we can meet wherever you are. Many people find online therapy just as effective as meeting in person, and IFS work in particular lends itself to working online extremely well.

I have a set session fee, please contact me for more information.
I also offer a negotiable fee to self-funding students and young people.

Therapy works best with regular attendance. If you need to cancel an appointment, please let me know within 48 hours of your session to avoid the total fee for missed appointments. I look forward to meeting with you.
