Please Contact me by e-mail so that you may ask whatever you wish about how I work and/or fees. We can talk briefly about your reasons for seeking psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy & Counselling Model
Integrative Psychotherapy
The core model of psychotherapy that I work from is the Integrative Therapy Model. I predominantly work from a Jungian approach to psychotherapy, but can also integrate other approaches which are adapted to your needs. I also have experience integrating techniques and approaches that include Existential Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Humanistic Therapy and specifically Jungian Psychotherapy. I began my level one in Internal-Family-Systems psychotherapy in January 2022.
My core methodologies draw from the teachings of Psychologist Carl Jung, Addiction-specialist Gabor Mate as well as Inter-Family-Systems therapy.
Integrative psychotherapy means integrating different psychotherapeutic approaches around your specific needs. Much of my way of working will help find solutions and progression at the root of the presenting issues; providing a life-long change from within oneself. This is a long-term solution, providing long-term positive change and not only reducing the presenting symptoms or difficulties, whatever they may be. I have an attentive, caring, direct and open way of working and hope to create a relationship where you feel comfortable and able to explore difficulties in a safe environment.
I also use the practices of mindfulness as well as that of psychotherapy as fundamental approaches when working with trauma as a route to psychological balance and wholeness.
